自衛術親子體驗證書課程
7月29日開課（共四堂）
逢週日下午3:15pm-4:15pm

課程中將會：
1) 介紹化解身體受襲擊之基本招式及原理！
2) 面對危機應有之態度，免刑責的自衛原則！
3) 按學員能力與領悟程度，建議最有效之防身術！
課程將安排女助教在場，歡迎男女學員報名參加。


陳師傅自幼習武，並具有30多年鑽研武術（包括太極、詠春、跆拳道、泰拳、合氣道…等）及太極教學經驗。
教學風格生動靈活，思維正面，令學員在輕鬆氣氛下，更易理解，提起興趣！
在互動學習過程中，增進親子關係之同時，又可學到實用傍身之技，加強積極自信的一面！

太極週年會慶

2011年4月10日舉行週年會慶，當晚本會導師及眾多位太極班學員個別及小組表演，並有豐富禮品抽獎。大獎有珠寶及現金，邀請各學員及親友踴躍前來參與。

地點：佐敦地鐵E出口上蓋恆豐中心三樓金御酒樓
表演時間：7:45-9:00PM

東區文化協會邀請本會導師及學員在維園表演

2010年10月21日被東區文化協會遨請表演，當日有20多位學員前來參與及支持，場面熱鬧，多位學員表演太極刀、楊式精簡編、陳式精簡一路、陳式精簡二路。
