太極拳藝提昇健康日

日期：2014年1月4日（星期六）

時間：健康活動　下午4:00 – 6:00／晚宴晚上6:00 – 8:00

地點：衛理道 華員會──演講室
九龍京士柏衛理道8號

　　　（於佐敦地鐵站，伊利莎伯醫院出口，步行約10分鐘）

節目內容：4:00-6:00pm 練習太極時留意部份要點，教授〔五禽戲〕
　　〔五禽戲〕為華佗所創，是模仿五種動物之神韻：
　　虎之威猛；鹿之駿逸；熊之敦厚；猿之靈敏；鶴之瀟洒，．

　　　　　編創有內涵具科學之拉筋氣功，古代以此為最佳長壽功法．

健康日收費：本太極會學員──同學會會員免費／非同學會會員$80

河鮮晚宴：6:00-8:00pm （華員會內“順徳公酒樓”）

聚餐費用：同學會會員$160／非同學會會員（太極會學員及家屬）$190

參加者　：所有本會學員（同學會會員或非會員）及親友均可參加

報名辦法：請向當值導師或助教報名，及繳交相關費用（報名以交費作實！）
