各位同學: 本會榮幸被貿易發展局邀請參加本年7月份舉辦優質生活博覽之太極表演活動及表演嘉賓;

活動1: 陳杰老師(本會會長)帶領學員示範太極基本功,養生功及椿功

日期: 7月20日(星期五) (表演時間：上午11:45－12:30pm)

活動2: 陳杰老師及各學員表演,太極拳,刀,劍,棍,功夫扇,雙鐧,自衛博擊術,女子5秒防狼術等

日期: 7月21日(星期六) (表演時間：下午3:00－3:45pm)

活動3: 灘位展覽,一連三天(20-22/7),需要各同學支持.

(每天分上下午時段) (上午11:00am－3:00pm)(下午3:00pm－7:00pm)

是次活動有免費穿梭巴士服務, 包括：青衣, 元朗, 屯門, 荃灣, 葵芳, 灣仔
