本會已成功舉辦多次太極戶外活動大受歡迎，最近一次活動「秋季迎爽太平山頂體驗遊」，得到本會學員及親友們的熱烈支持，已完滿完成該項活動，人數已有數十位學員及親友出席，當日亦得到各學員的要求及建議，決定下一個活動將於2012年1月8日舉行，糧船灣悠遊太極海膽宴活動一天遊，全程有旅遊巴士接送，在此呼籲各學員及親友前來參加。如有興趣可向各區班長報名及繳交活動費用，時間地點稍後公佈，是次活動包括導師帶領太極練習、品嚐海贍海鮮餐及沿途欣賞郊野風景，可向各區班長詢問及報名。
上車地點有三個 : 銅鑼灣時代廣場、紅磡體育館傍旅巴站、沙田大會堂
行程如下：
      8:15am     銅鑼灣時代廣場集合
      8:30am     紅磡火車站集合
      9:00am     沙田大會堂集合
    10:00am     西貢碼頭上船至
    11:00am     糧船灣太極演練
    12:30pm     用餐
    14:00pm     糧船灣木綿洞
    16:30pm     糧船灣搭船至西貢碼頭
    17:30pm     西貢至沙田大會堂-紅磡火車站-銅鑼灣時代廣場

備註 :   1. 費用會員HK$220; 非會員HK$250(已包括船費及車費)
            2. 菜單如下：
                  I. 白灼蝦   II. 清蒸海上鮮 III. 生炒骨 IV.椒鹽鮮尤 V. 沙薑雞 VI. 油菜 VII. 海膽每位1隻
            3. 截止報名日期：2012年1月2日
